Breakfast Energy Smoothie

Smoothies are my absolute FAVOURITE, they are perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack. I like to start my day off with a delicious smoothie that is nutrient packed and gives me a burst of energy. I find that I’m never really hungry in the morning so this recipe is my go-to and gives me enough energy to get through my day.

 

What you will need:

A handful of mixed frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

One spoon of Greek yoghurt

One banana

Coconut milk

One scoop of vanilla protein powder

 

Method:

Pop all the ingredients into your blender, I use a Nutri Bullet and whizz it up, simple as that! You can add as much coconut milk in as you like, depending on how thick you like your smoothie
